AllAssNoGas is the website (the “Site”) for All Ass No Gas Cycling Club, an Austin, Texas based voluntary, non-profit (501)(c)(3) organization.  

Certain sections of the Site are designed for and accessible to the general public, including potential new members of All Ass No Gas (“Non-Members”), and certain sections of the site are private and are only accessible via username and password by our Members.

This Privacy Policy relates to both Members and Non-Members (collectively “users”).

All Users:  The Site is hosted and operates on a system designed and operated by a third party, GoDaddy (“Operator”), and all users should review the privacy policies of GoDaddy at https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy

The site also uses a third party, Square to process member registrations and liability waivers, and all users should review the privacy policies of Square at

Non-members’ use of the site is anonymous and no personal information is requested or gathered by All Ass No Gass.  

Members:   Members provide certain personal information, such as contact information, to All Ass No Gas as part of their application for membership with All Ass No Gas.  AANG reserves the right to provide such contact information to third parties, such as sponsors of All Ass No Gas.   

All Ass No Gas Email List:  Users may provide personal information to All Ass No Gas if they voluntarily register to receive emails on the All Ass No Gas email list. Users are not required to register for the email list, and registration by users is voluntary.  Any emails posted on All Ass No Gas email list by a Non-Member or Member is public information, and we do not make any effort to keep the contents of the emails or email addresses confidential.  All Ass No Gas reserves the right to provide personal information that it receives from Non-Members and/or Members when they register to receive emails on All Ass No Gas email list to third parties.

Links on the Site:  There are links on the Site that users may select which will direct the user to other web pages that are not operated by All Ass No Gas and over which All Ass No Gas no control over.  If a user chooses to select a link to one of these other web pages, then the user should review the privacy policy of the other web page.

Children under 18:  This Site is not designed, intended, or directed to children under the age of 18.  All Ass No Gas does not collect information about children of this age, and if you become aware that such information has been collected about a child under the age of 18, please notify us immediately and we will immediately delete the record.  the information once it becomes aware that such information has been provided to it.
